Please understand that once you have placed any order on our website it infers that you freely consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions of our website.

"Unbox Wishlist" is comprised of many different departments and branches which in turn are supervised and managed by different teams and people. "Unbox Wishlist" is a project by Shree Balaji Dresswala and Bhavani Dresswala combined together.
2. Placing an order:
By placing an order from www.unboxwishlist.com, you warrant that,
(1)You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(2)You have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated herein;
(3)You freely consent to be bound by terms and conditions as stated herein.
We at Unbox Wishlist accept orders from the addresses anywhere within India and/or outside India. However acceptance of orders are subject to you first freely consenting to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated herein and also freely consenting to be bound by all the prevailing laws in India as the courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction to try and adjudicate all the matters relating to Unbox Wishlist.
4. Formation of a Contract between you and us:
1. Contract Formation
After you have placed a particular order, you will automatically receive an e-mail from Unbox Wishlist acknowledging that we have received your request to place that particular order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Placement of your order only constitutes as an offer by you to us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you another e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched by us. Thus the contract between us will be binding and conclusive only after we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
The Contract between us will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed via dispatch confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your request order but hasn't been confirmed by us via separate dispatch confirmation email.
Orders are subject to the availability of Products. In the event that the Products are or become unavailable, we will notify you by email.
4. Availability of Products:
Mostly we try to fulfil your orders by the delivery date as set out in our Dispatch Confirmation mail and if under any event no delivery date is mentioned or specified then we will fulfil your order within a reasonable period of time from the date of our Dispatch Confirmation mail save and except there are unforeseen and exceptional circumstances or events in which case we will contact you and update you of the delivery date. We will deliver the Products ordered only to the delivery address supplied by you.
5. Title of the Product:
The ownership rights on the product you ordered will only pass unto you, when we receive full and entire payment for the ordered product including shipping charges and taxes on the same.
6. Price and payment:
- The price of the products, delivery charges, shipping charges, taxes as applicable will be quoted on our website.
- Please note that, the inventory of Unbox Wishlist includes perse number of many products and despite our best efforts it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. In such cases, we first verify the correct price as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you and if a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you for your approval and instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you about the same if you disapprove of us charging at a higher price.
- Payment for all products must be made by credit card, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo, PayPal and Amazon payments.
7. Promotional codes/Discount coupons:
The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes and discount coupons offered on our website, social media channels and email communications (unless otherwise stated):
- Only one promotion code can be used per order.
- No such promotion code or discount coupon can be used on custom made products or on specifically designed and tailored products.
- Returned items will be refunded with the discounted price viz after deducting therefrom the amount discounted because of promotional code or discounted coupons. We will usually reimburse you the refund money via our convenient method of payment.
We warrant to you that all products purchased from us through our website will, on delivery conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
6. Written communications:
In some circumstances the present and applicable laws prevailing in India require that some of the information or communications we send each other should be mandatorily in writing. Therefore in view of this, whenever you use our website or order any product from our website, you freely consent to accept any/all communications between us via electronic means only. We will contact you via emails or provide you with all the necessary information by posting notices on our website or via emails. Nonetheless, for contractual purposes also you freely consent to communicate via electronic means of communication only and you also acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we share with each other will comply with all legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All notices to be given, forwarded and emailed by you to us must be given to Unbox Wishlist having address as mentioned herein above. We will forward and serve you with notices and letters at your registered email address or at your postal address which you provide to us when placing an order.
8. Transfer of rights and obligations:
The contract so formed between us will also be binding upon our respective successors.
- Events outside our control
The contract so formed between us will also be binding upon our respective assignees.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
Under occurrence of any unforeseen event which is not controlled by us we reserve our right to change, amend, alter the terms and conditions of contract between us.
If we fail, at any time during the existence of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your pending obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract then in such circumstances our failure to act on such issues will at no point of time constitute a waiver of our such rights or remedies and we will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. Also, no waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing
Our waiver to act, react on any of your default will not automatically constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
If any court or competent authority in India decides that the terms and conditions as mentioned herein either in part or in full and/or any of provision of the contract and/or any of the provision relating to any other category as mentioned herein are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such order, judgment or ruling will be applicable to such extent only and the other terms, conditions and provisions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Our right to vary these terms and conditions:
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
13. Law and jurisdiction:
All purchases of products from our website, in case of any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase orders or with the formation of the contract or non-contractual disputes or claims shall all be governed by Indian Law as amended from time to time. The courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction to try such matters, disputes and claims.
